Nelson Marlborough Short Course Championships

Swimming Nelson Marlborough along with hosts Blenheim Swim Club are excited to bring you this years SNM Short Course Championships, being held at Stadium 2000 from 21 - 23 June.

This event sees all swimmers from the SNM region race for the regional title in their respective age groups.  This is our regions pinnacle short course age group competition in the Nelson Marlborough region and is a chance for all of our competitive swimmers to compete at a regional level.

There are no qualifying times for this event - however please note the the SNZ Competition Matrix will apply - some age groups will not be eligible for some events. See the Event Schedule for more information.

2024 South Island Juniors

Swimming Nelson Marlborough, along with our host clubs Tasman Swim Club and Nelson South Swim Club are delighted to bring you this years South Island Junior Championships, being held at the Richmond Aquatic Centre from 6th - 7th April 2024.

This competition is designed to give all registered Swimming NZ members aged 12 years old or younger the opportunity to compete against other athletes from across the South Island.

Tasman Long Course Ribbon Meet

Tasman Swim Club have made the decision to change the date of next Saturday's long course meet to the following Saturday, 25th Nov due to the forecasted rain as not the greatest of conditions to be swimming outdoors. If you have entered already and are unable to swim the new date then please contact recorder@tasmanswimclub.co.nz and a refund will be arranged for you.

Meet will be held at Nayland pool.

Mako South Island Short Course Championships 2023 Stadium 2022 Blenheim

SNM along with our host club Blenheim Swim Club are delighted to bring you this years South Island Short Course Championships.

The purpose of this competition is to provide a short course racing opportunity to members aged 12 years and older in preparation for the national short course championships.

These championships are open to all registered, at the time of competition, Swimming New Zealand members and overseas visitors, aged 12 years or older, who have met the entry criteria.

PLEASE NOTE: This event falls between two swimming seasons.  So all registration fees must be paid by the end of the meet 02/07/2023.
